After successfully collaborating on several ventures, including Avenues Residential, Avenues Property Management, and Avenues Equity Partners, an real estate investment company built to be both accessible and convenient, catering to both domestic and foreign investors.

OFIR BADASH

Ofir Badash has spent the last 15 years fully immersed in the American real estate market, where he owns and operates 101 Capital Company, along being the Principal of Miami Arak. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2006. With an MBA complementing his expertise, he delivers a thorough and strategic approach to real estate investment and management.

ITAY GAMLIELI

Itay Gamlieli brings 18 years of experience in the American real estate market, specializing in the purchase, management, and operation of multi-family condominiums and commercial properties in New York City. His expertise spans Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. As the owner of the Avenues brokerage firm ranked among the top 50 in Manhattan, Itay is highly regarded for his ability to enhance property value and deliver outstanding results in the city’s competitive real estate landscape.
